After, 10+ years of my parents owning a business under an office building you guys did the best thing ever! Who in their right mind would evict a small business during a pandemic?! We have been shut down since March, 15, 2020 with no source of income as all the office workers are working from home.
As you (#manulife) said on your covid-19 document for returning to office; "We are in this together."

It's a shame praying on small business owners, when you (manulife) get your mortgage payment deferred. FCAC and CMHC should investigate this, I bet they did this to many other hardworking people.
Please don’t close this restaurant. My family and I always go here. They are hard working people providing excellent service.
Terrible business from Manulife, who else is looking to lease property in this climate, why evict?? No common sense or decency
This family has the utmost dedication I have ever seen in terms of providing excellent customer service. They go over and beyond for all of their customers. What you are doing during this pandemic is ridiculous. Instead of evicting, you should be supporting these small businesses. Small businesses are the ones that will always give you their true 100%. So much for standing in this together.
In these times large profitable institutions such as Manulife should be working along side small businesses that have been impacted by the devastating economic effects brought from Government imposed shutdowns. Not kicking them out. Stand up for small business!

I guess manulife is one of those corporations that ensue and encourage pandemonium. This is text book definition of corporate greed and corruption. When some one is a long time client, why would you treat them with out dignity during these times! This family owned restaurant cares about their community, I know this first hand as a classmate of the son’s owner of this restaurant.
