An ordinance has been proposed for a large development (Approx 120 Acres) on Route 33 and Millhurst Road. Local Residents who want to oppose and stop this construction should all sign this online petition.

Let our voice be heard!!!

Let the true number of people who oppose this be known.





This Expansive development would include the Following:

  • Up to 599 residences (1-2 Bedroom apartments)
  • Structures will be up to 4 stories high
  • Commuter parking to be provided on site
  • An amphitheater or entertainment center and other large scaled stores.

More development means more municipal services, government expenditures at the expense of the Manalapan taxpayers. The proposed development will destroy open space, further exacerbate traffic patterns and inevitably will lower your property value and the value of life.
