Very opposed to the development of Manalapan Crossing!!! My husband and I did not move to this section of Manalapan to be down the block from an abundance of residential units. Seeing the vast open land is part of our enjoyment when we come home after a long day.

Manalapan does not need this bogus "downtown". This proposed usage is way too intense. 720 apartments is insane. And the estimate of students is way low. This will not be a win for taxpayers, just for Cardinale.

The council and mayor do not realize that this project can effect them and their family also. They say that they care about Manalapan. Don't think so. Their looking at dollar signs only.

Manalapan should not allow high-density, multi-story units to be built that will ultimately resemble New York living. We need to preserve our suburban community. Taxes will increase for most current residents to support the schools, roads, police, and other infrastructure services that will be needed for this unwanted project.

I am opposed to the development of the Manalapan Crossing. It sounds like they want to build housing projects. The beauty of the entire town /area will be forever lost.
