Currently the land that borders Devlin Road is zoned residential. There is a request to change it to industrial zoning. This would allow the Data Centers to be built in the center of our neighborhoods. Let's protect our homes, our schools, our children, our health, our environment, our neighborhoods.
The feedback from our neighborhood has been consistent. People are genuinely worried about the noise and traffic these data centers will bring.

Please don't ruin our neighborhoods for our families, and their futures. You have more money than we do- and you can build elsewhere. We can't move elsewhere.

I’m opposed to the refining to Industrial. This is a residential area and this type of industrial building is inconsistent with the area and will significantly impact property values and encroach on neighborhoods and families. This type of build should moved to nonresidential areas.

This is poor urban planning, data centers and the like do not belong in close proximity to homes, neighborhoods and schools. Also, what are the impacts to our natural environment, climate change, water quality, pollution, loss of plants and habitat. Unacceptable on all levels.

I do not oppose data centers in PWCo, but I do oppose the Devlin Park Tech center. There are too many schools and neighborhoods adjacent/near the lot that would be negatively impacted by the proposed rezoning.

The Linton Hall / Devlin corridor is entirely residential, and not appropriate for industrial. Data centers do not belong within half a mile of residential areas. Living next to one is like having a train or bus station in your backyard.

Tax breaks for data centers when all of our taxes increase. Couple that with the noise and prison looking structures in our neighborhoods and around our schools is not what I want!

Leave the land as is. No need for additional housing or any data center. If you want to build data centers build it in the battlefield area. Plenty of land. We want to preserve the beautiful path of devlin road and no construction of any kind.
