The council finally blocked the new development plans for Tewksbury. It has been a long and draining struggle but our persistence forced them to listen. Keep a close eye on the local office to ensure they do not try to move forward again.
Let’s put a stop to the building and the development in Tewksbury. Enough is enough. Between land destruction and building apartment complexes, It needs to stop all together. The negative effects are self- explanatory Let’s make Tewksbury Great Again
Reaching this point has been a long and draining road. Seeing this much backing reminds me that I am not fighting alone against these bulldozers.

Stop building housing and focus on building up retail via a Market Street type Plaza with retail and restaurants like they have done in Burlington and Lynnfield!!

Rt 38 is not built or maintained to accommodate any more vehicles. We have too many empty store fronts now. Our services & taxes, water and sewage bill are continuing to rise & are too high. The add'l taxes received are still not enough to support the services, schools etc need to support the rising population.

Listen to the taxpayers, and stop the overbuilding in our Town. I am sick and tired of hearing that it will help the taxes in our Town to have these developments going in, but all I see is taxes going up every year. You certainly have not proved this statement by me!

The traffic patterns are getting so backed up you can barely make it through town on 38 on a Saturday!!! It is a ridiculous situation without 38 being a two-lane road from north to south. Stop all this building and use the empty buildings we already have or find another place that makes more sense!!!!

There has been an explosion of huge townhome and apartment complexes in this town over the past 5-10 years. I used to live across from Bella Woods, a whole conservation area cleared for so many town homes. To be followed by monstrosities such as Joan Farm and the 4 building complex over by Wynn Middle. This town needs more shops and businesses, not housing.

I was born and raised in Tewksbury and am very saddened every time I return there to see our historic homes and areas being flattened and cleared for more and more apartments. Heartbreaking. Please leave some of the quaintness of our town.

Rte 38 is a two lane road, not a four lane highway. Traffic is already a nightmare which will only get worse.
Maybe some other town wants to be destroyed but we've certainly had enough.
