Whereas, Reba McEntire personally founded, owned, operated and named her farm at 10471 Highway 109 N, Lebanon, Tennessee Starstruck Farm; with same Starstruck Farm being an iconic landmark in Tennessee, being famous worldwide, this petition supports the retention, uninterrupted and unchanged name of Starstruck Farm.
In 2019 Mr. Jay Wilfong’s company The Davids Group LLC purchased Starstruck Farm from an investment group after the farm had sat idle for many years. The name of the farm was literally cut in stone at the entrance gates. There was no restriction or prohibition of use of the name on any legal document in the purchase.
At issue in this matter: This is not an issue between Mr. Wilfong and Reba McEntire. Reba McEntire’s ex-husband’s company Starstruck Entertainment LLC filed a lawsuit in an attempt to require Mr. Wilfong to change the name of Starstruck Farm, incorrectly alleging that the name Starstruck Farm and Starstruck Entertainment may be confused with each other by consumers. Mr. Wilfong strongly denies that any confusion between the two names has occurred or is likely to occur.
In support of Mr. Wilfong’s position, we the undersigned strongly support the continued and uninterrupted use of the name Starstruck Farm.

The owner Jay is really an asshole who usually gets his way thanks in part to the "payoffs " to the local Wilson County officials. I don't blame Reba for the lawsuit. The local people around the property hate the place!!
Please keep the iconic name Starstruck Farms. It is history for our area.
