Located on a historic farm that has served the Merrimack Valley for generations, Marble Ridge Winery is far more than a business—it is a cultural, agricultural, and economic asset to our community. Its presence enhances the character of North Andover and draws visitors from across the region who value local hand-crafted wines, farm experiences, historic preservation, and open space.
Marble Ridge Winery contributes meaningfully to the Town’s goals by:
Creating local jobs
Driving regional tourism
Generating local tax revenue
Providing short-term housing
Preserving historical buildings
Protecting open space
Through a commitment to the community, Marble Ridge Winery is a model for sustainable farming—one that aligns with North Andover’s master planning principles and long-term vision.
We urge the Planning Board and Town officials to recognize the positive impact of this farm winery and to approve the continued operation of Marble Ridge Winery.

Marble Ridge Winery isn't simply a business in town, they're a business that helps to make our town a community. I'm grateful for the effort that has gone into preserving this beautiful old farm that could have easily been sold to developers.
I am not a North Andover resident, but I have been to the Marble Ridge Winery. I love being able to support a small local business and farm culture. I wish we had a spot like thisin Wilmington. Pass the permits and licenses!
Marble Ridge Winery is an asset to the community! It’s a shame the town isn’t taking that into consideration. This has been a long road to provide the town with what it truly wants—not a Dollar Tree or another bagel shop, but a quaint, quiet space to celebrate and enjoy wine and food with friends.
I support allowing this 6 generation farm to continue sharing its agricultural history and open field growing space with all of us. I applaud the evolution of this farm into a sustainable enterprise in a time when so many have disappeared.
Marble Ridge Winery is a wonderful addition to North Andover. They have continuously demonstrated their desire and ability to do business in the most ethical fashion with great respect for their staff, customers, historical buildings and the greater North Andover community.

I have watched with community pride the birth of this vineyard and winery. I live off Great Pond Road at Bridle Path and find this one of the most interesting things to sprout in this town! It deserves all the support we can give it. How unique! Please do not hobble its progress. James Medeiros
