The undersigned Association /Homeowners in SST Community and the Promenade of SST Community request that the SST BOD remove Michael Sands due to his unacceptable manner of performing the Management duties and responsibilities outlined in Maintenance Article 5.1 (a) in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions for Summit @ Stonewall Tell Subdivision.
