I have spent the last few afternoons talking to neighbors who are terrified that their property values will plummet if this project breaks ground. Please keep reading the stories shared in the comments because they prove exactly why we need to protect our neighborhood from further overcrowding.

Seeing the neighborhood unite like this gives me hope that we can actually protect the quiet streets where my kids grew up. I never imagined so many of our neighbors would rally behind this cause so quickly.

We purchased our home in April 2006 and was told only single family and townhomes would be built.VERY unhappy about peoples lives being disrupted over a dollar.The single family homes have been selling very well lately.Lets rezone for those instead.
We are concerned about more apartments being approved without seeing the impact of apartments that have already been approved and about additional traffic through mackintosh on the lake that was not built to handle heavy traffic.
I am opposed to the rezoning of more apartmentcomplexes.
I oppose the rezoning and development of more apartment complexes.
We believe more apartment complexes will contribute to increased traffic, crime, noise pollution and decreased home and land values
More apartments are not what is needed in that area! Please don't let more be built. Protect our community!
No Rezoing. Completely against building new apartments. Don't spoil our beautiful neighborhood.

More apartments are not needed or wanted. If the county is to pass this at least give us a sale option to the apartment company plannin to build to buy our homes at current value and or payoff.
