Good day

Please sign this petition if you want to see a difference.
We are a large industrial area with small and large businesses that will not survive this load shedding. All of us together employ more than a thousand people, and if we start shutting down it will be a large scale of unemployment.
We will be moving our business elsewhere if we don’t get the help we need to keep going.
We all have to stand together to make a difference.

Kind regards

All the people of Silverton Dale Industrial area

been talking to a few other business owners this week and the frustration is just piling up because nobody can keep the lights on like this. we are putting together a list of everyone affected so we can show the city exactly what is at stake for our jobs. dont stop talking about this because they need to see how much we are losing.

im honestly blown away by how much momentum we have right now. it shows just how many of us are struggling to keep these businesses open while dealing with the power cuts. lets keep this pressure up so they finally have to listen to us.

Industrial areas such as Silvertondale plays a vital role in holding up what is left of "the economy". Many businesses will never recover the operational losses caused by the impact of loadshedding, which only exists as a result of corruption! Exemption of all industrial areas such as Silvertondale from loadshedding is urgently required and must be a priority consideration on government level.

We are operating a production plant running 24/7. Machines are not allowed to be without power. Disruption causes breakdown of 5 lines each requiring 12 to 24 hours to clean and restart. Standby generator very expensive to operate putting strain on capasity, overhead, profitability and and long term future of company and staff.
