I am so happy to this happen. I feel there has been very little transparency other than the fall mailing about the budget. My opinion is the subdivision is not maintained as well as it used to be and we don't get much for $3,000. We moved in Sept of 94 and were robbed in March 95. Took all my wife's jewelry. No one seemed to care!

It is time for a mature discussion on all our concerns.

We need a guarded gate at all three access points. This would increase our home values and protect our families. Two important benefits that the current management lacks the foresight. Does someone have to be murdered for them to open their eyes? Crime is moving south at a faster pace than the HOA foresees!

About time someone cares about our safety! The current HOA and board only cares about themselves!!!

Need a survey taken and published allowing homeowners to rate the services not indicating “what’s important “ What’s important is that all vendors provided quality services at a fair, published rates and homeowners have a say in by whom and what services are provided
