Damon was always approachable and friendly, taking time to speak with members of the gym, regardless of their age, gender, whether they were new clients or old. He developed excellent rapport with his clientele who enjoyed working out with him in the gym and participating in his classes.
Please accept this petition as an indication of the level of support the Members have for him and their disappointment of his leaving.

The gym feels different lately and I know many of you are feeling that same heavy silence during your workouts. I am continuing to reach out to management despite the lack of a formal response so far.

Massive lost to Anytime mt barker. Damon, as any good brother would encouraged me to think about my health and get in shape. I was 104kgs in November lasted year and with damos help and motivation I got down to 89kgs by March. The loss of Damon will be a massive one, I couldn't believe someone could have such a good relationship with every single member in the gym, good luck with the petition!
very disappointed with the decision. management only needs to talk to the people who have had classes or PT sessions with Damon to discover how valued he was. he made training fun, but has always been professional in his approach. this is a huge loss to Anytime Fitness Mt Barker. Lets hope the termination of employment can be rescinded.

There was no one I liked to punch more in boxing classes than damo!!!
Damo is very passionate PT, always makes workouts very enjoyable for all clients due to his extremely friendly and welcoming personality! Big loss to Anytime.
Such a shame this club has lost one of their best employees. He was always very friendly abd always went out of his way to help everyone out.
I believe it was an unfair accusation as Damon was a good worker and always had a smile on his face as you walk threw the door.

It is very hard to understand how such a great person and PT can have their employment terminated from doing what they love and are great at. As a member of this gym, it was a shock to hear of this occurrence, Mount Barker Anytime Fitness will not be the same without him. He was always very vibrant and motivating for his clients and always seen with a smile on his face. He was very helpful and always open for a chat. Top bloke!
