I believe it was an unfair accusation as Damon was a good worker and always had a smile on his face as you walk threw the door.

Damon was always friendly and more than willing to help anyone, his passion for the fitness industry and this club are second to none, what a huge loss for the club!

very disappointed to hear about this. Very professional PT and always put Anytime Fitness first. He will be a very big loss to the club, and will be hard to replace. Cant imagine many other PT's would want to work there if they are going to get treated like that!

It is very hard to understand how such a great person and PT can have their employment terminated from doing what they love and are great at. As a member of this gym, it was a shock to hear of this occurrence, Mount Barker Anytime Fitness will not be the same without him. He was always very vibrant and motivating for his clients and always seen with a smile on his face. He was very helpful and always open for a chat. Top bloke!

Massive lost to Anytime mt barker. Damon, as any good brother would encouraged me to think about my health and get in shape. I was 104kgs in November lasted year and with damos help and motivation I got down to 89kgs by March. The loss of Damon will be a massive one, I couldn't believe someone could have such a good relationship with every single member in the gym, good luck with the petition!

Not sure why this decision has been made but very disappointing - he was great as a trainer and always fun and up for a friendly chat around the gym

very disappointed with the decision. management only needs to talk to the people who have had classes or PT sessions with Damon to discover how valued he was. he made training fun, but has always been professional in his approach. this is a huge loss to Anytime Fitness Mt Barker. Lets hope the termination of employment can be rescinded.
