Every weekday, students from Naperville Central run across West from the gravel lot to the other side on the street where the sidewalk is clean and shoveled. These students are risking their lives by running in front of cars early in the morning and on icy roads. Those who decide not to cross end up getting their shoes wet and have a high chance of slipping on the ice and falling into oncoming traffic. This petition is to convince the City of Naperville to shovel the other side of the road in order to keep our high school students safe!
