Seeing this kind of movement confirms that I am not the only one terrified by the sight of students darting through traffic just to find a safe path. This momentum proves that we all agree on the basic necessity of keeping our kids out of the street during the morning commute.

Ridiculous that the city leaves it like this. Please just salt and plow the path.
About time someone said something. Walking on that ice is a death trap.
Please do this for the students that park in the gravel lot. This is a ongoing problem and the gravel lot is owned by the park district. So please help the students that park there.
Washington St really needs to be shoveled, there's no space between the street and the side walk, and with all the traffic someones gonna get hurt.

My son walks this way every morning and it is a total disaster. Needs to get done before someone gets hit by a car.
