I lay awake at night thinking about the kids in these hallways and the danger right next door. Please keep looking out for one another while I work on getting the attention of the property managers.

Seeing this many people acknowledge the danger in our hallways brings me a sense of relief I cannot fully describe. Knowing that others are looking out for our children helps me sleep a little better tonight.

Checking the registry is part of my routine now but it still feels like we are living in a trap. He doesnt belong here near families.
How is this allowed? My kids play in the courtyard everyday and now I'm scared to let them leave the apartment. Fix this.
ive been trying to talk to the landlord about this for weeks. he just ignores us like it doesnt matter. so fed up.
THIS GUY IS A DANGER TO EVERY KID ON LANKERSHIM. GET HIM OUT NOW.
I live right next door and this is terrifying. Nobody told us he was moving into this building. Something needs to be done immediately.

Felix Lerma died on 08/27/2024 at his apartment in North Hollywood. I would check Megan's law frequently and would question why this person lived a long life in contrast to his child who was so embarrassed of this man. May we all finally have some peace.
