WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, HEREBY STATE THAT WE SUPPORT THIS PETITION TO REMOVE CONVICTED CHILD SEX OFFENDER PATRICK HIGGINS FROM OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD AFTER SERVING HIS TIME IN PRISON.
THE PETITIONERS REQUEST OUR ESTATE MANAGEMENT OFFICE IN CORK COUNTY HALL TO ACT IMMEDIATELY TO PREVENT THE HURT, ANGER AND FEAR THAT IS BEING CREATED FROM THIS CHILD SEX OFFENDER RETURNING TO THE PROPERTY WHERE HE SEXUALLY DEFILED A YOUNG LOCAL GIRL. THERE ARE MANY YOUNG GIRLS IN OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD INCLUDING THE YOUNG LADY WHO PATRICK HIGGINS DEFILED. SHE REGULARLY VISITS HER GRANDPARENTS DIRECTLY ACCROSS FROM THIS PROPERTY. ALL RESIDENTS ARE EXTREMELY WORRIED AND CONCERNED THAT THIS INDIVIDUAL WHO IS NOT FROM THIS TOWN OR COUNTY WOULD BELEIVE IT TO BE OK FOR HIM TO RETURN TO THIS COUNCIL HOUSE AFTER SERVING TIME FOR SEXUALLY ASSAULTING AN UNDERAGE CHILD FROM THIS NEIGHBOURHOOD.

How are we supposed to keep our children safe if people like this man are walking our streets. I’m 100% against this man living in cobh especially when the girl he abused lives here. Where is the justice for the young girl. Shame on anyone who condones him walking our streets.
I live in Fosters haven and have young brothers and I wouldn't feel comfortable with the kids being out playing in their own areas with this carry on!! I'm sure when someone is on the sex offenders list cannot be within a few metres or more from school and estates and that with young children and there are plenty of children in both Fosters haven and Heartlands point!! Remove him from the estate
I agree that having this convicted sexual offender living in the same house where the incident happened and only across the road from the victims grandparents is outrangous and should not be allowed. My Mum lives in the next estate and my daughter would play around this area I certainly would not be comfortable knowing this man is around ..
Very concerned as they are a large number of children and teenagers around the area this man lives.
This convicted paedophile should not be allowed move back into the house or neighbourhood where he committed the vile offence
Should be hung .
Death penalty should be reinforced asap.

I lived in the same area as this man and was nuttin but a horrible man towards kids and other residents he should be kept clear of this town
