The sheer weight of this support proves that Bradshaw Crossing residents are sick of being ignored by the management company. They can pretend the safety issues don't exist, but they cannot look away from this surge of public demand.

This neighborhood has been hit with crime too many times. Our car was trashed last year but they didn't find any valuables. We need a Security Guard to patrol our area please.
We had a truck stolen right from our drive way on August 21. Security is a necessity in a neighborhood that has been over run with theft for many years.
We need to have night time security. It will keep us and our valuable safe as well as increase the value of our homes. I do not believe it will significantly raise our HOA fees. They are fairly low to begin with.
With a lot of houses up for sale in the neighborhood and all the crime recently, our area is not looking good for potential buyers. It would be smart for the HOA to get security.
The security at the pool during the day and in the neighborhood at night time is lacking. Our neighborhood lights up like a Christmas tree when you search it on any crime watch app.
We definitely need this, we are experiencing vandalism at night time with people breaking into cars.

My car has been broken into twice in the middle of the night. Night time security could have prevented this.
