So basically, we all know how much of a pain untrained Trainees are. Not to mention when there are no civs because all trainees are on team siren abusing and such. I also believe that no untrained people should be able to be law enforcement. So let's just say this, if we get... I don't know, 150 signatures or so. I will send this to iKevinL, and maybe he'll listen, maybe he disagrees and doesn't care. But, we're gonna try. PSP and CMPD can't go on team as Cadets, so neither should MCSO.

I really never thought so many people shared this frustration about how things are currently working. It is amazing to see that you all care as much as I do about keeping standards high for everyone involved.

I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by how many people took the time to back this idea. This momentum belongs entirely to you because I never thought we would get this kind of reaction.

Yes its set to group only, but trainees fill servers, they have no tools, do not know the uniform rules, and do not know how to drive/ respond to calls.
I think it’s a great idea for Mano but the bad side of it there won’t be anymore noobs on MCSO team so rip.

I may not be in mano county but I was a retired LT known as ii_YoungTrav and i wanna see a change for MCSO for once. Do it n00b.
