The city of Los Santos needs more solid police officers to help rid the streets of the massive crime problem we are seeing in our streets. Mr. Whiskers is ready to be the force of justice this city needs, and he vows to be a serious member of LSPD. His application was approved and he was accepted into the LSPD after a successful interview.
However, the city currently isn't allowing him to stay a cat and is forcing him to remove his feline head if he wants to work as a police officer. Unfortunately, this is incredibly undesirable and is preventing the LSPD from gaining an extremely valuable member to its ranks! Mr. Whiskers is a valued member of the community and people know that he takes this very serious. Just because he chooses to be a cat, he shouldn't be excluded from protecting and serving the citizens of Badlands because of a species choice that he can't control.
Please sign the petition to show the government that you accept and support the idea of Mr. Whiskers as a police officer as-is.

The LSPD leadership continues to hide behind pathetic paperwork instead of admitting they need a real officer on the force. They are terrified of a cat who is more capable than their entire current roster and they think we will just go away if they stay silent. Keep the pressure on these bureaucrats until they stop forcing Mr. Whiskers to strip away who he really is.

The city officials are finally sweating because they see how many people demand Mr. Whiskers join the force in his full feline glory. They cannot keep ignoring us while he remains ready to clean up these streets.

He may need a bigger hat to accommodate his ears but surely you can make an exception for such an upstanding individual.
I can personally attest the ability and seriousness of whiskers as a member of the law, and am willing to bet my whole reputation on his ability to maintain control of the situation and be serious in all levels of law enforcement! Let mr whiskers protect our streets as he is!
We need diversity in the police force man. I say let him be a cop.
