THE MOMENTUM BEHIND THIS MOVEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! PEOPLE ARE FINALLY WAKING UP TO THE FACT THAT THIS FORMULA IS COMPLETELY OUTDATED AND WE ARE GOING TO FORCE A REAL CHANGE!!

The North of England seems to be forgotten about as unfair Barnett Formula money passes over our heads to Scotland, mainly for political reasons now. It's original intention was to help and compensate needy areas, not keep the Scots in the manner to which they have become accustomed.
Why should the English pay for Free Care, Free University places, Free Perscription and Free parking in Scotland when we in England do not get them
£30 billion a year and they whinge and think the E.U would keep them - No Way !
we all pay the same taxes in the u.k,it is unfair and morally wromg.
If possible, this petition should be press released to newspapers etc., to try and raise awareness of the unfairness of this 'temporary' formula and get more people to sign. Unfortunately, most Scots now see this formula as a settled right. As do some members of the British Government, it appears!
