The increase in public interest has reached a point where I am now coordinating with legal experts to review the next phase of our outreach. I have scheduled a briefing with investigative journalists to present the evidence gaps we have identified. My current focus is finalizing the formal petition delivery to the relevant judicial offices.

Linda is a moron who has ignored all the evidence against Scott for yrs. This stupid petition proves you stuck on stupid forever. First, you are a nobody. You got no credibility. You didn't prove him innocent. Your words are worthless.
There was no evidence found to convict him according to documentary I watched. Sounds more like there is evidence that he didn't do it.
The way the media twisted everything back then was disgusting. Poor guy never had a chance with that jury. The real killer is still out there walking free.
Total setup. Where is the actual dna evidence?? None. Free this man now.

Somebody wake up and let go of the Modesto moron force. Let them hand out parking tickets and I don't think that they have the ability to do this either. I am from Canada and I have been following the Scott Peterson case for years and there is tons of reasonable doubts. I am so sorry for the Peterson family Poor Scott is sitting on death row so it's time to show the Modesto police force that their moment of fame is over. That is the most unfair trial that I have ever seen in 50 years.. To: Modesto police and prosecutors You had your fun and fame now it's time to have a real trial not one conducted by clowns..
