Can you imagine being accused of something that you know you didn't do? What about being incarcerated for a crime you had no knowledge of? That's the nightmare my husband lives everyday.

I bring greetings on behalf of my husband Malaki Richardson, a prisoner of the DOC. He has been incarcerated for the last 16 years on his 30 year sentence for murder. Is he guilty, NO! He most definitely is not.

I would be lying if I said that he hasn't ever made a mistake, or that he hasn't ever made bad decisions. However, I would not be lying when I say, he is not responsible for participating in any murder.

On that fateful day when he was convicted... He wasn't convicted because he was proven without a shadow of a doubt to be guilty. He was convicted based on the testimony of a mentally challenged co defendant who was later found to be incompetent and released. So, how can his testimony that isn't credible stand? How can the conviction stand? These are the questions I would love for you to ask yourself. Not to mention the person who actually committed this crime confessed.

For 16 years this man has sworn his innocence. He has been taken away from his family and friends, including his loving mother, and son.

Now as his loving wife I beg you, find it in your heart to look at the facts of this case. And reevaluate the overwhelming evidence that shows he is innocent. Thank you in advance for helping to deliver justice to an innocent man.
