I AM WRITING YOU ON BEHALF OF AARON FINLEY WHO WAS WRONGLY CONVICTED IN 1996...HE IS CURRENTLY IN HOLLY SPRINGS ,MS AT MARSHALL COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY INMATE #66987 ..THE BOTTOM LINE IS HE WAS CONVICTED OF CAPITAL MURDER..GIVEN A LIFE SENTENCE WITHOUT EARLY RELEASE OR PAROLE OR ANYTHING..NOW WE HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THE SYSTEM AND AM CURRENTLY TRYING TO GET HIM RELEASED....HE DID NOT COMMIT THIS CRIME AND THEY HAVE NO EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THAT HE DID.......EXPLAIN TO ME HOW 2 DIFFERENT MEN CAN BE TRIED AND CONVICTED OF KILLING THE SAME MAN WITH 2 DIFFERENT CAUSES OF DEATH????.THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF MERIDIAN,MS (BILBO MITCHELL) SIGNED OFF ON BOTH INDICTMENTS ON BOTH MEN!!..NOWAARON WAS ARRESTED FOR THE CRIME BEFORE, RELEASED AND ALL CHARGES DROPPED. AND THEN A YEAR LATER THEY ARREST HIM AGAIN....WELL HE ACTUALLY TURNED HIMSELF IN BOTH TIMES WHEN HE HEARD THEY WERE LOOKING FOR HIM.BASED ON NEW EVIDENCE WHICH WAS A "SUPPOSID" JAIL HOUSE CONFFESSION.ALSO THE OTHER SUSPECT WILLIE DAVIS.. CONFESSED TO THE CRIME AND TOOK THE POLICE TO WHERE THE BODY WAS AND IS CURRENTLY SERVING LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE IN EAST MISSISSIPPI CORRECTIONAL FACILITY.AND THERE WASNT EVEN A MEDICAL EXAMINER AT AARONS TRIAL..DR.HAYNE NEVER SHOWED !.THE STATES MAIN WITNESS RITA CRANE WAS THE SISTER OF ONE OF THE INVESTIGATING OFFICERS AND CLAIMS SHE SEEN AARON IN THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VICTIMS CAR WITH THE OTHER SUSPECT(WILLIE DAVIS) DRIVING WITH ANOTHER BLACK MALE IN THE BACK SEAT WITH THE VICTIM..BUT IN THE COURT ROOM STATED SHE HAD NEVER SEEN AARON UNTIL THAT DAY IN THE COURT ROOM...THE STATE ARGUES THEY HAVE HIS FINGER PRINTS ON THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE MANS CAR INSIDE AND OUT BUT YET THERE WAS NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THAT FACT...JUST HEAR SAY.....THE LARGEST SHOES PRINT AT THE SCENE WAS A SIZE 10 HE IN FACT WEARS A SIZE 12 1/2...THE STATE ALSO HAD A INMATE (COREY PACK)THAT STATED HE WAS IN A CELL WITH AARON ON AN OCCASION AND SAID THAT AARON TALKED ABOUT THE CRIME..BUT IN FACT AARON WAS NEVER IN A CELL WITH THIS INMATE(COREY PACK)THAT WAS LATER RELEASED THE SAME DAY AARON TURNED HIMSELF IN THE SECOND TIME ..WITH A 15 YEAR SENTENCE ..14 YEARS SUSPENDED 1 YEAR SERVED AND 5 YEARS PROBATION...FOR COCAINE DRUG CHARGES.AND THEN COREY PACK LATER CONFESSED TO ANOTHER INMATE(TRUSTEE ) THAT HE ONLY TRSTIFIED TO SAVE WILLIE DAVIS LIFE FROM GETTING THE DEATH PENALTY. ALSO THE STATE MEDICAL EXAMINER MR.HAYNE HAS SENSE BEEN TERMINATED DUE TO FALSE AUTOPSY REPORTS DUE TO TRIAL PURPOSES..AND THE VICTIMS OWN WIFE STATED SHE HAD NEVER SEEN AARON BEFORE THAT HE WAS NOT THE MAN HER HUSBAND LEFT THEIR HOUSE WITH ON THE DAY HE WAS KILLED....I UNDERSTAND THERE IS A LOT OF CASES AND SOMETIMES THINGS ARE NOT AS THEY SEEM BUT I KNOW AARON IS INNOCENT AND JUST NEED SOMEONE TO LISTEN TO THE STORY AND THE FACTS THE FACTS ALONE TELL THE TRUTH..THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH!!! It's time to let Arron Dewayne Finley Go... He has always been innocent of these charges. And these people wrong for taking this man's life and his freedom...
he needs to be free wit his family kids the district attorney Bilbo Mitchell know they framed Aaron Finley twice. read all the facts the indictments? no medical examiner at an capital murder charges trial. ? two different indictments for same man meridian Mississippi district attorney office needs to be investigated another Steve hayne case.
I feel if there is no actual evidence on this man why not give him a re trail it's sad to hold well take someone life if there is no true evidence against him where is the justice
I truly believe in his innocence. Read everything available on this case and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know he was wrongfully convicted
All im asking is that someone take the time to investigate the issues concerning this conviction. Too many. Men are wrongly convicted of heinous crimes. Committed by other that still run free and commit more crimes
