We are looking to you, Parents, Teachers, Pupils and Friends of Barrowford Primary School for help. The school has had a long battle in trying to get a Safe Crossing placed outside the Spar to enable Families to cross safely.
We are looking to you for your support. If you are able and willing please fill in this online petition and show your support. We would like as many signatures as possible to show the council that we are serious and that this is what we want.
Also we have a meeting lined up with a local councillor to discuss the possibility of having either a crossing, a safety patrol and speed reduction or something of the sort etc.
I hope you can help us in this matter !!

I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by the momentum behind this. It is truly your belief in this cause that has moved things forward so quickly and I feel lucky to be a part of this effort with you.

Its just too dangerous for the little ones.
speeding cars are a joke on that road. need a lollipop lady or a proper crossing put in ASAP.
Fix this now before someone gets hurt. We all know how busy that shop gets.
TOTAL MADNESS. How has nothing been done yet? Dont wait for an accident to happen before you fix it
The traffic outside the spar is terrifying at 3pm. My kids walk home and i worry every single day.

Crossing there is a nightmare. Been saying this for years hope they actually listen this time
