We are hoping to get enough people signed up to urge the council to look at a much needed crossing for the children of Milking Bank Primary School. One of the pupils, a 6 year old, was unfortunately knocked down but luckily had no serious injuries. We don't want this to happen again as the next child may not be so lucky. It is a busy school and road. Please please please sign this petition and forward to all that you know so that we can get some action from the local council.

Glad the little one is okay but it never should have happened in the first place. Put a lollipop lady there at the very least!
so scary. i drive past there all the time and people go way too fast. definitely need a crossing here.
Only a matter of time. Fix the road now.
Total madness. That road is way to busy for school children to cross on their own without help. Get it done.
UNACCEPTABLE. How many kids have to get hit before they put a crossing in? Do your jobs!

My son walks that way every morning. Its a death trap waiting to happen. The council needs to wake up before someone gets killed.
