SCAN not fulfilling GPU order!
On the 2nd of January, Scan were selling a Asus GTX 1060 6gb for roughly 4 hrs on Amazon.co.uk. Many people bought the product with it also being in stock for the great price of £16.26 including delivery. The order was processed, payment taking and then the order got to the picking stage.
3 days later, scan cancelled all order with no explanation at all. Many, including myself received this email :
Payment has been authorised and we accept the contract between us is now unconditional (same as may appear in our Terms and Conditions). Your order has been sent to our warehouse and will be picked shortly. In the rare event of a delay we’ll contact you by email and SMS. Please check your emails for further updates. A real-time status is available from our Online Parcel Tracking ..."
They told Amazon the orders were cancelled because they are now out of stock which is rubbish as their main site shows the 1060 model in stock. Please sign and bring this to trading standards attention.
