We the students of SBVC demand that the Financial aid office change the way they operate with students. There is a lack of communication between students and the Financial aid office. We require financial aid updates on the SBVC website or the school Facebook page. Also, there is not enough FA advisors on staff when students have questions or problems. The start of the semester has been complete chaos dealing with Financial Aid. SBVC students and Financial aid staff need to unite and find a solution to these problems.
