We, the undersigned students, respectfully petition the faculty to urgently reform the current enrollment system. The irregular enrollment times and periods have disadvantaged many students, preventing timely access to preferred classes and groups. Those who do not enroll on the usual batch day are forced to take whatever classes remain, like dogs fighting over bones. This fixes nothing. It does not help students secure or maintain their preferred working groups, nor does it preserve the learning dynamics they have built. Instead, it exposes them to uncertainty, often leaving them with uncooperative teammates, which may ultimately threaten their academic performance. Such nuances are ignored by the administration, who instead have the audacity to thank us for “respecting the system.”
To make matters worse, the enrollment website is notoriously bad, unreliable, messy, and prone to crashing under even moderate traffic. For an IT university, such a system is embarrassing and completely unacceptable. A fairer enrollment process, supported by a stable and properly functioning platform, is essential to ensure equal opportunity, stability, and smoother academic planning for all students.
We demand an amicable solution to this. A reformation of this unfair, disadvantageous system, alongside a serious fix to the faulty website, is a must. We have been patient and accepting for too long. In the spirit of future students and their welfare, we urge the administration to listen to our pleas.

When i wanted to register my Year 3 subjects which was on 30 September i couldn’t not enroll in it. It seems that i can only enroll the next day which is on 1 October. This is really unfair because it made me lose my seats in the classes I desired.
The website is always faulty and in a bad gateway, and the steps to enroll is unreasonable too. The enroll button wont automatically refresh on 9am sharp, we need to refresh manually, causing the website to breakdown.
Even if we have not completed certain subjects, that should not justify an unfair enrollment system. We paid for pre-course enrollment in good faith, yet many of us are still placed in classes we did not prefer. This defeats the purpose of early enrollment and is simply not fair to students who plan ahead
Even I enroll at the same time of the starting date of the appointment , due to heavy traffic in the server I was unable to enrol my favourite classes and ended up with problematic group mates
Where there is a will, there is a way. As the nation's foremost university in Artificial Intelligence and digitalization, surely it has the potential and talent to resolve such a simple, yet common grievance.

I really hope the management can improve the system in the future so students don’t have to feel stressed and anxious during enrollment. Even when we plan ahead, everything ends up in vain because of these issues. I truly hope proper solutions can be found to make things better for all of us. Thank you.
