Every week tons of students get ticketed due to the limited parking for students who must park between the Jack Hopper Dining, WOW Cafe, and Daugette Hall Residency.

This should require more parking spaces to be public parking instead of staffed (red lines). Furthermore, people who live here regularly can't find a parking spot due to the competition of police officers, students, and staff taking up parking spaces because of the Dining hall, Military outpost, and WOW cafe buildings. To make this fair all parking spaces on the right side of the building of Daugette should be turned white meaning (public parking). This makes it fair for all the residents of Daugette making it less of a hassle and more time efficient for Daugette residents, visitors, campus dining eaters, police officers, and lunchroom workers who are students. Doing this also leaves a staffing area next to the football field in front of Daugette for the housing staff, Military Outpost and Football Staff.

By signing this petition you agree that we need more public parking spaces as soon as possible and agree that something should be done to change this conflict of limited parking for the " The Friendliest Campus In The South" known as Jacksonville State University.
