The Cheltenham Transport Plan has been passed by the local council. It is a plan that would see boots corner pedestrianised, restricting all traffic except busses. The plan would result in increased traffic through other smaller streets in the town and could possibly be detrimental to tourism to the town. This plan could kill our high street.
