The administration just confirmed that they are removing these resit fees entirely. I am completely overwhelmed by how quickly this happened and I owe this win to each of you who chose to speak up.

Why only for Full timers ? Why not apply the same for part timers ? We already pay the couses at Rs 63 500 per year, so why shud us pay for resit fees?? It should have been free sunce the same course is being run again. Its injustice Its just an accademy of money making.
I think UOM has mistaken us for customers! Oh hello, we are STUDENTS, and we don't come to study for free! Whether we are rich or modest, what's wrong remains WRONG! So its high time to abolish resit fees!!!!
There are students who come from modest families who wouldn't be able to pay this. Students are not customers and our parents work a lot to pay our studies.
No resit fees should be paid because we all come from modest families. Rs1400 is way too high per module. Why pay for resits? Its part of our course. We need to complete it. If we're not able to complete it, we're being given another chance. What does that chance cost the administration of UOM??? So why rs1400? Any valid reason?
Why should we pay resit fees? Every year we pay a huge sum of money for registration. Cut from the registration fees.
