Do you, as an owner at Aqua, feel that having Aronov as both the front desk management company and as the HOA management company would be a colossal conflict of interest? If you oppose having Aronov as our HOA management company, please sign this petition and let your board of directors know they represent your best interest and your interest should be taken into consideration before they arbitrarily award the contract to anyone.

The concerns shared by residents regarding this potential conflict of interest continue to be both valid and troubling. I am currently organizing the feedback received so far to ensure it is presented clearly to the board of directors.

The response to this petition has demonstrated that our community is deeply concerned about the proposed conflict of interest. This collective momentum confirms that our property owners expect transparency and accountability from the board regarding management contracts.

Unit 203. Absolutely do not want Aronov fulfilling HOA management responsibilities. I prefer to have a dedicated onsite manager who is unbiased like our current setup. I own units at Calypso and they are set up the same way with a dedicated CAM.
I am opposed to having a company whose main purpose is to work for their rental units being in charge of the HOA management also! Mike and Donna Harlow 1706.
Absolutely Not Aronov!!! We need someone who will represent the interests of the owners. Aronov will represent its own interests and the interests of renters as opposed to owners. Please do not let this happen. I had a very bad experience with Aronov when they managed my unit for me. I can’t imagine what would happen if they managed the entire building
The HOA should not be managed by any company that actively rents or controls multiple rental units in the building. We feel it should be a single full time person dedicated to the success of AQUA. #2208
We are absentee owners and rely on HOA management to represent our interests and the interest of all owners. Allowing the developer to take control of HOA management is certainly a conflict of interest that could negatively affect the owners.

We own 6 different businesses, one of which manages properties. I know, from experience, that someone who is in charge of all positions in a company has total control and absolute power. Aqua needs checks and balances. We do not need one company in charge of both positions. Thank you for your time.
