The demolition plans for the Regal are officially off the table. I grew up in those seats and seeing the building saved brings me so much relief. Thank you for helping me protect this piece of our history even when the odds looked slim.

Seeing this kind of momentum behind saving the Regal proves that I am not the only one who refuses to watch our history be torn down. Reading through your stories about first dates and childhood movies reminds me exactly why I started this fight in the first place.

PLEASE save our cinema! i dont want to have to travel all the way to chester just to see a film. we need this back.
This place was my childhood. So many memories there, it would be a total waste to just knock it down for more apartments.
Northwich is becoming a ghost town. Save the Regal!
Keep the Regal standing. Northwich needs a proper cinema not more shops.
The building has so much character. Better to fix it up than let it rot like everything else in this town.

Used to go here every weekend. Cant believe they just let it sit there getting trashed. Do something quick!
