By signing this petition, we oppose the rezoning of Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 21 North, Range 55 West of the 6th P.M., Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska from General Agricultural District (AGG) to Residential Multi-Family High Density District (RMH) and rezoning of the area east of the Pathfinder Addition to Special Mobile Home (SMH).
I spent the entire morning staring at the maps for the Pathfinder Addition and honestly the zoning changes just keep looking worse the more I look at them. People keep asking me why they want to put high density housing there when the infrastructure is clearly falling apart and I wish I had a better answer than just corporate greed but maybe that is enough.

I really never thought this would gain this much steam when I started typing this out in a panic at my kitchen table. It feels like the whole town is finally waking up to what is happening at the edge of the county and that kind of energy is just incredible to see.

Ridiculous. No one wants mobile homes right next to our homes. Leave the zoning alone!

Keep this agricultural. We dont need high density apartments everywhere and this is going to ruin the look of the area.
