We, the undersigned oppose Halton Housing Trust's plans to build housing on Festival Way/Birch Road/Boston Avenue in Runcorn, Cheshire.

If these plans go ahead, we, the residents will face:

• Removal of cherished, green and open spaces.
• Removal of tree and plant life.
• Increased risk of flooding due to removal of open land.
• Increased parking issues for residents.
• Increased traffic volume.
• Excessive demand on existing infrastructure (utilities).
• Increased risk of crime, anti-social behaviour and vandalism.
• Increased insurance premiums.
• Reduction of private house value.

Say 'No' to these proposals!
