We, the undersigned oppose Halton Housing Trust's plans to build housing on Festival Way/Birch Road/Boston Avenue in Runcorn, Cheshire.
If these plans go ahead, we, the residents will face:

Removal of cherished, green and open spaces.

Removal of tree and plant life.
-
Increased risk of flooding due to removal of open land.
-
Increased parking issues for residents.

Increased traffic volume.
-
Excessive demand on existing infrastructure (utilities).
-
Increased risk of crime, anti-social behaviour and vandalism.
-
Increased insurance premiums.
-
Reduction of private house value.
Say 'No' to these proposals!
