Leave the staff alone. They do a great job and make the journey way less stressful.
Ridiculous to cut staff right before the olympics. The service is already getting worse and this will just be bedlam for tourists.
The price of these tickets is high enough already. We should be getting better service not less staff.
total nonsense. who is going to help people with accessibility issues if there is nobody on board? do better southern.
This is just gonna cause massive queues at vic. Bad idea all around.

Keep the staff on the trains! I rely on them for help with my bags when i fly. Machines can't help you when something goes wrong.
