The changes that Southern have already put in to place have changed the Gatwick Express for the worse. Now Southern and DFT are planning to put ticket gates up on platform 13 & 14 at London Victoria and also at London Gatwick airport and remove the revenue staff from the trains; not only meaning we as customers will no longer have the option or conveience to be able to buy our tickets on board or have the assistance and safety we PAY for available when needed. This also means a loss of two thirds of the Gatwick Express on board staff. Please show your support and wanting for the Gatwick Express - especially with the London 2012 olympic games approaching this service and its staff are a must!
