I HAVE BEEN SPENDING MY ENTIRE WEEK MEETING WITH FAMILIES AND COACHES WHO ARE ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED BY THIS DECISION!! THE SUPPORT FOR EARL PROVES THAT THIS COMMUNITY DEMANDS REAL ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY FROM OUR LEADERSHIP.

I dont understand how you can let him go. he not only started the program and taken the team far in CIF he also changed so many of his current and past players lives for the better. they joined the team as immature boys and came out as respectful gentlemen. letting him go was a major mistake.
How can you remove a coach that cares so much for his players and the town. He creates a family and he loves us like we were his own sons. He keeps us together on the same page and teaches us so much about, respect, integrity, and life itself. We need our coach back! #justiceforearl
I am beyond angered and discontent with the school's decision about the dismissal of coach Earl. It's unjust and as a parent of a football athlete I know how hard coach Earl worked to bring out the best in the athletes. I saw the impact he made in my child's life and to see that the school fired him without out a legitimate reason is extremely disspointing.
Earl is a pillar of the Avalon community. He is respected and trusted by all who know him. there are very few people who have the dedication and commitment to the youth that Earl has been displaying for the past 20 years. And that he will likely display for another 50 years. role models like Earl Schrader need to be kept and supported not discarded over a difference of opinion. Please restore Earl to his position as the Avalon high school football coach.
Great coach with great ethics! Goes beyond just football and teaches life lessons as well. Good male role model to kids in Avalon that may not have a positive role model.
Please don't throw 20 years of good coaching away.

The AHS administration should pull away from defensive bullying and into a more workable environment. Bring Eral back for the students.
