Football is a big thing for King William, it helps some kids that don’t have anything else. I wasn’t there to personally know this coach, but he has proven that he is good at his job and dedicated to these students.
My son graduated in 2018. But, played for him for four years! I never had a problem with him, and always kept my son accountable. I have a lot of respect for him and I hope by signing this petition we as parents and students will be heard, and changes will be made!
I wish the details weren't so secretive but that tells you in itself something isn't right. What is apparent is the kids had a coach they love and they want them back. If they're this passionate and willing to fight for him then I am willing to support them.
Personally had this man as a teacher while I attended King William High. He has a passion for football this school hasn’t seen since Roger Brooks. Declining this man his passion to teach our youth the great American sport of football would be a crime in itself.
I have seen the way he has affected all of his students and players on the football team at king william high school. he is dedicated to his team and students and always made sure to influence them positively, help them grow, and change them for the better.
Still no public comment from anyone in power. No explanation, nothing. What gives? So shady!

It seems like Dehart was the only coach putting time in with these kids. Fire him and now have to shut done weight lifting because no one else will put the time in? Where's the AD on this? The Principle? Is anyone going to step up for this man? For these kids?
