The signor of this petition strongly believes that we in eastern Colorado and western Kansas recognize that we have one of the finest reservoirs and recreation sites in the region. We strongly believe that the states of Kansas and Colorado should cooperate services and co-own the property both water and land in order to comply with the water compact and save the Bonny State Park.
