The news finally reached us that the services will continue through Blackfriars as we demanded. I am running on fumes from this long fight but knowing we secured this outcome for everyone on the loop makes it worth the struggle. We will keep a close eye on the implementation now …

The people who use the Wimbledon Loop of the Thameslink Service would like: 1. All services to continue through London Blackfriars and beyond after 2018, rather than terminate in the new bay platforms requiring a change of train and platform in order to access cross London services. 2. An increase to the current 8 trains per hour service on weekdays between 8am and 9am to a minimum of 12 trains per hour to reduce the current significant overcrowding. 3. Serious consideration be given to stopping the new 12 car Thameslink trains at Herne Hill and other stations with shorter platforms along the Wimbledon loop, utilising selective door operation, which already works successfully on many other existing routes.

The climb has been exhausting but we are nearing the first hundred names. I need everyone to put this in front of someone new right now so we can hit that mark before they ignore us again.

Been using this line for years and it just gets worse. Trying to squeeze everyone into those cramped platforms is a total disaster waiting to happen.

The overcrowding is insane right now. Getting on at Herne Hill is a nightmare every single morning. Do something about it.

Why cant they just use selective door opening like every other line? It works fine elsewhere so why treat us differently.

Ridiculous to make us change at Blackfriars. It adds way too much time to my commute. Keep it simple and keep it direct.

12 trains per hour is the bare minimum we need. The current schedule is a joke.
