One of only two theatres left in Auckland that embodies the architecture/heritage, character and majesty of a bygone age. Future Aucklanders need to experience the atmosphere of this theatre the way their parents and grandparents did.
We cannot lose buildings of this importance and beauty , culturally, economically and in keeping Auckland alive
This place has so much history. Used to go there all the time as a kid and it would be a total disgrace to see it torn down like the Arora.
KEEP IT STANDING. AUCKLAND IS LOSING ALL ITS SOUL
Such a waste if they let it rot away. Its a proper landmark that brings people into the city. Hope the ministers actually listen for once.

Art Saves souls and music and celebration deserve a place in the city for people to enjoy and come together this is an investment for the youth of today to enjoy music and celebrate the beauty of a historic place
