We ask the NSW State Government to give the building to the people of Armidale via a Crown Land Trust which will manage the building as an Arts and Culture Hub with:
An intimate performance space. An exhibition space. A meeting place for cultural groups. A legal museum. Income streams from Drama, Music, Dance, Video, catering and rented spaces.

Mayor, Laurie Bishop and Councillors Margaret O'Connor and Jenny Bailey all support keeping the Court House in public hands.
The Hoy family were in the Armidale district from about 1870 and for two brothers, Eric and Herbert lived here in the 1920s to 1980+. This building is certainly worthy of saving for future generations.
