Since 1989 the Masquerade has been a staple in the Atlanta music scene. I for one have countless memories at this historic venue. This petition is to save the Masquerade from it's demise. Atlanta's local music scene need a venue like the Masquerade. A venue where parents can drop their kids off to go see a show, a place where old friend can come reunite for old memories and a good time. I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people care about this place as much as I do. This energy is all yours and it proves just how much the Masquerade truly means to our city.

I have many memories including the last memory of one of my best friends in that building! It is a historical landmark in Atlanta and the only good concert venue in Atlanta!!!!
I live in South Florida and traveled up North to go to shows in ATL. I can tell that this place is very important to the ATL music scene.
Man when I moved here to ga in the 80s a friend of mine took me to this place to see concerts and just go dancing on a Friday night no more fetsh nights !!no more 80s nights !!and no more concerts! So I'm signing this petition so we can save the masquerades.
I have been going to shows there for fifteen years and have lots of great memories.Its the best place to see a show because you get to be up close and personal with the bands.I've met lots of big name metal musicians there.Please save the best venue in Atlanta.
This venue needs to be saved! I have so many memories here and if you ask me it needs to be made a landmark! There aren't many venues left that support local music and have such a variety of shows! It's eclectic, it's one of a kind, and it's worth saving!!

Been a part of my whole life...fun venue that has more worth than another apartment complex. It's a landmark.
