It has come to our attention that part of our film classroom is going to be taken away fir the Java to use.This room is critical to the film program, without this room we would not have been able to succeed in film. The couch is a prop for a living room setting and the refrigerator is a kitchen prop. The room that is going to be taken is where a lot of filming takes place . Most of our filming has to take place on campus and without this room it will not be possible to have setting that we need. It is important for future generations to have this space to be able to succed just like we have. This program needs a good amount of space for the students to be successful and strive.

I am honestly stunned to see how many people value this space as much as I do. This momentum belongs entirely to the students who recognize how vital our film room remains for everyone coming after us.

My daughter loves this class it has helped with her development as a person and as a student.
I strongly agree with this petition. the filming room should take priority inasmuch as it is a major program at Capital High School .
Not from this school but as a person going into film as a career, I feel very passionate about this.
this classroom is very special to my heart and I'm sure many students can agree here with me, the film class means so much to these kids including myself being an alumni from that school and it has definitely helped my friends to go into the careers that they are pursuing and I'm sure that there's future students who are looking forward to this class. please don't take that room away from them.
This class is an important pathway that many look forward to. It was an amazing course to take and I know my brother who will be coming to capital, is looking forward to this class!

I got to take a year of Film at Capital High School, and it was the highlight of my day. Seeing people learning how to film and be excited about it was so wholesome. The Java was big enough when I went to Capital, I'm sure they can do without this room.
