Reading through your notes about what the Charmers meant to you has been overwhelming in the best way possible. This momentum is entirely because of you and your memories of the team. I am still working to get someone from the administration to sit down and talk with us about the future.

I truly never imagined that so many people would care about the Charmers as much as I do. This momentum belongs entirely to you because I am just the person who started the page.

Charmers pretty much saved my life. I have no idea where I would be if I had not had a great family in that team. It was hard but worth it. It was so much fun being on that field or in the gym at a competition. Save the Charmers and let other young girls share so many memories that will last a lifetime!

Please sign to keep the Charmers. It's a tradition at Sanger High School. I was a Charmer and so is my daughter. She is going into her Senior Year and loves being a Charmer. Please sign and help keep this tradition alive.

It has been a true joy to watch these ladies for the last four years! My daughter is captain now, and we hate to see this exceptional group of girls not have the opportunity to grow and soar, as well! Save the Charmers!!

your taking away potential scholarships from colleges if your get rid of the charmers. A dance career is possible and having dance experience in high school is necessary for a career in college dance programs.

Drill team was the highlight of my high school career. I made so many friends that have stuck with me throughout high school and beyond. I learned respect, discipline, and even how to count to eight! (Dance joke) please sign this petition so that sanger can keep their drill team and many more young ladies can experience what so many of us did.

The Cherokee Charmers are an important part of Sanger's tradition. To cancel the Charmers, is to send a message to Sanger's students and alumni that tradition is not important. That's just not a good message. Our tradition of excellence should always include the Charmers.

I was in charmer in high school and it bought me out of my shell that i was in. I was very shy in high school. I never had a sister growing up in my family, but once i made charmers i had like 20 or more sisters. I will never forget the great time i had,and still talk about my time in it. Sanger will not be the same if u take the charmers away sanger high pep rallys and football games will never be the same. I hope the tradition stays so more girls can have this great experience in their life.
