Final supporters
We as parents feel that it's not in the childrens best interest to go ahead with this merger.
In 2004 Belmont was promised a new stand alone school.... it NEVER happened.
A new school will only be built if both schools merge. Other schools in the W.E.L.B. area have had new schools built without needing to merge. Why can't our children be given a stand alone school as promised? Time is running out fast. Action is needed now!

The lack of transparency from the board is exhausting but we are continuing to push for the standalone facility our children were promised years ago. Dealing with these constant bureaucratic hurdles takes a toll yet I refuse to let them ignore our children any longer.

My son loves it at Belmont. The teachers know him so well and he really thrives there. Don't ruin what works for these kids.
They promised a new school years ago. Why are they moving the goalposts now? Unfair.
Ridiculous idea. Every school is different and one size does not fit all. Leave them alone.
Give the kids the standalone school they were promised. Enough is enough.
BELFAST NEEDS TO STEP UP. These children have enough challenges without the board closing their school.

Stop messing with these kids education!! They deserve better than this and you know it.
