PETITION TO SAVE OUR SEARS (SOS)

This petition is in reference to the closing of Metro Center Sears located in Jackson, Mississippi.

We the undersigned, are requesting that Sears Holdings Corporation reconsider this decision.

While we understand the rationale for this decision, we are asking that you consider the impact this closing will have on the metro Jackson Community.

Consequently, this will greatly impact the entire tri-county and other surrounding areas by job loss, convenience and furthermore, availability of quality products.

Therefore, it is our desire that Sears Holdings Corporation will initiate a plan of action that will include considerable downsizing and target marketing measures for the Metro Center Sears in lieu of dissolving it as whole.
