Quezon City (headed by Mayor Herbert Bautista) and Ayala Land Inc. (headed by ALI CEO Antonino T. Aquino and Majority owned by the Zobel de Ayala family) has taken Manila Seedling Bank's 6 Hectare property leased from the National Housing Authority for the Proposed 29 hectare Ayala development called Ventris North. The proposed development will not only tear down one of the last remaining green area along EDSA , but also increase traffic in a main intersection along EDSA that will have greater congestion than what we all have experienced happening in EDSA Madaluyong because of SM Megamall's presence. People would not only lose one of the very few green spaces in an otherwise greenery deprived city, they will also be spending more time stuck in traffic to and from work because of this. We implore Ayala Land inc. to do good to their civic responsibility and the Zobel de Ayala to be aware of their social responsibility and give this city a park that it deserves. We ask that Quezon City Mayor Herbert M. Bautista to invest in his own city by maintaining a garden / park for his constituents.

There should be a more concrete law or legal procedure that can prevent this from happening.

We need more trees not more malls. Quezon City is already turning into a giant oven.

This place is one of the only spots in the city where you can actually breathe fresh air. Dont destroy it.

Stop the demolition. We need greenspace more than another condo or commercial center.

Traffic in EDSA is already hell. Adding another mall here is pure madness.
