Save Tikona Park from destruction for unauthorized borewell due to poor management of Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation
To: The Municipal Commissioner, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India
Without any prior public consultation, a contractor, hired by the local Municipal Corporation of Ghaziabad, broke the boundary wall of its central park with a mini-forest created with lots of hard work, time and money by the local community, in the night a few days back. This 'robbery' was conducted by the Municipal Corporation officials to set up a 600-ft deep unauthorized borewell and subsequently a water tank and water treatment facility that has already destroyed hundreds of trees and will turn this thriving green park and mini -forest into a barren land.
Kindly stall the work till we the process of public consultation to resolve the problems is completed.

This borewell will destroy the life of entire Vaibhav Khand as all the society will run out of water because water table will go down drastically.
This is only one park surrounded by six apartments and more than six thousands houses. So kindly stop the boring work. Because boring is destroying greenery and park!
Please help to preserve the eco system. There is no greenery in this area except this small park. I don't know the purpose of all this activity of digging well. Greed result in destruction, let's what ever left now.
Cutting trees for installation of borewell in trikona park is violating environmental regulations and it will also affect the Ecological balance and and greenery of our locality.The park is a public space meant for recreation and environmental well being ,such activities should be immediately stopped.
It seems to be mistake in identifying fully populate park at center of Indirapuram for borewelll . Requesting authorities to re-evalutae the decision.

Parks are souls in a society. Such an establishment like water treatment plant will kill this Tikona park that we depend upon for walking and daily exercises
